Over the last 20 years, Tal has founded and led companies such as S.E.A (IPO in 1996), Orca Interactive (acquired by France Telecom in 2008), BeInsync (acquired by Phoenix Technologies in 2008) and Dotomi (acquired by ValueClick in 2011).
Tal has been a seed investor in companies such as Qumranet (acquired by Redhat), Crossrider (acquired by The Market).
Tal is currently on the boards of Beamr, Idomoo, Anodot, Roomer, Tailor Brands, Bit, Engageya, Deep, Replixio and Minta. Tal is also a board observer in Saga core and Qwilt.
Tal served in the Israeli Special Intelligence Unit of the IDF and is a Tel-Aviv University graduate.
Previously, Adam served as the Chief Investment Officer of Intana Management, a market neutral hedge fund focused on technology, media and entertainment. Adam was also a Partner of the Select Technology and Software Fund at Robeco Investment Management (the parent company of Weiss, Peck & Greer).
Adam has over 20 years of investment experience, previously performing analysis of the technology and media sectors for Weber Capital Partners/Bluewater Capital Management, Scripps Ventures/United Media and UBS Securities. Adam began his career in the Banking and Tax Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Adam sits on the boards of Lumen, Captain Up and Mitosis. Adam is also a board observer in Qwilt.
Adam graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and has an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge.
Adi is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel with more than 10 years of experience. Prior to Disruptive, Adi was a Senior Manager in the High-Tech group at EY Israel in Tel Aviv. In addition, Adi has a broad experience as Mentor - entrepreneurship programs | TAU innovation, IDC Beyond and A3i LEAP accelerator.
Adi holds a Master's degree in Laws from Bar-ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben Gurion University.
Adi served as an Intelligence officer in the IDF.
